Oyama CFS-F12B 7 Cup Rice Cooker, Stainless Black:at our store, we stock over 2000 models, so if you see the manufacturer, but not the model, don't be shy - give us a call and we will be happy to check! This is a winner. Cooks very fast, perfect rice every time. The first 1-2 Times I used it there was a plastic smell, which did not affect the food, and I did not notice any smell after that. No plastic touches the food. I love the all stainless steel interior. I use an oil spray on bottom of the pan to minimize the sticking. Just soak the pan before washing it and any stuck-on rice comes off easily. I am so glad this cooker has no Teflon coating! You should still use non-scratching utensils to keep the shiny pot looking nice. It is easy to reheat leftover rice by using the warm setting, just add a little water to moisten rice. This cooks brown rice very quickly also. You will need more water for cooking brown rice. I use1+1/2 cup water per cup brown rice, 1+1/4 cup water for 1 cup white rice. I use 1 tsp. Coconut oil per cup rice while cooking, for perfect rice. Unfortunately this unit did not work well for cooking steel cut oats, which boiled over, coming out the steam vent making a sticky mess, but the porridge was cooked just fine. I am very pleased with this nice-looking and efficient cooker! Seems very well made + nicely designed.ranking top19,max 90% off,max 41% offOyama CFS-F12B 7 Cup Rice Cooker, Stainless Black

All Abuzz About Bugs!

We are an online community of naturalists who enjoy learning about and sharing our observations of insects, spiders, and other related creatures.

We enjoy the opportunity to instill in others the fascination and appreciation that we share for the intricate lives of these oft-maligned creatures.

Our Mission

Using the best resources we have access to, we are creating a knowledgebase to help each other and the online community.

Our Method

We collect photographs of bugs from the United States and Canada for identification and research.

We summarize our findings in guide pages for each order, family, genus, and species.

Making New Discoveries

More than just a clearinghouse for information, this site helps expand on the natural histories of our subjects. By capturing the place and time that submitted images were taken, we are creating a virtual collection that helps define where and when things might be found.

We capture never-before-seen behaviors and we have photos of species that you won't find anywhere else on the web.
