JERO P3 Series Meat Processing SetIdeal For The New Or Experienced ButcherThe P3 Series from JERO was originally designed and manufactured for the meat processing industry that was looking for a quality line of knives, that met certain design criteria, and was economical. First, blades are constructed of high-carbon stainless steel, the same steel used by most of the higher priced, European brands, especially those from Germany and Switzerland. The handle is designed to be comfortable, while allow for a variety of hand positions, but still having a design that would fit into flat scabbards used by butchers and line workers. The handle is constructed of impact and temperature resistant polymers that are injection molded onto the blade and handle for added strength. The Right Tools To Make The Job Easier"p" Processing meat isn't an easy task, especially if you have a whole day's worth of processing to do. So why not make your job a little easier by using the right tools. Our JERO P3 Series set includes a 10" cimeter for breaking down larger portions of meat, or cutting up steaks. Use it to slice portions. An 8" breaking knife helps with breaking down carcasses, but it works well for trimming and slicing as well. The 6" curved boning knife is one of the most popular knives we sell. The curved blade works well for trimming, and slicing as well to help bone out some meat or work between the joints of carcasses. We also included a 10" regular cut steel. Since JERO does not manufacturer steels, we turned to some of the best manufactures of steels to provide a quality steel for our set to keep the knives sharp.
