Proforce Shin Guard - Extra Large Black #84983:at our store, we stock over 2000 models, so if you see the manufacturer, but not the model, don't be shy - give us a call and we will be happy to check! I have always had problems injuring my shins and not even realizing it. I am 69 years old and my shins are ridiculously scarred and usually have more than one scab. I had a hard time finding something that wasn't made for temporary use during soccer games, etc., but finally I found these. The price is for a pair, and they slipped on comfortably. They are well padded and I plan to wear them everyday. I wear the Extra Large size because I have an 18-1/2" calf circumference. I would have given this five stars, but I think they should have come with Velcro straps to hold them in place rather than having to slip your feet through them, but perhaps I'm being unfair. Anyway, this was the right product for me.denver mall, san antonio mall, awardProforce Shin Guard - Extra Large Black #84983

All Abuzz About Bugs!

We are an online community of naturalists who enjoy learning about and sharing our observations of insects, spiders, and other related creatures.

We enjoy the opportunity to instill in others the fascination and appreciation that we share for the intricate lives of these oft-maligned creatures.

Our Mission

Using the best resources we have access to, we are creating a knowledgebase to help each other and the online community.

Our Method

We collect photographs of bugs from the United States and Canada for identification and research.

We summarize our findings in guide pages for each order, family, genus, and species.

Making New Discoveries

More than just a clearinghouse for information, this site helps expand on the natural histories of our subjects. By capturing the place and time that submitted images were taken, we are creating a virtual collection that helps define where and when things might be found.

We capture never-before-seen behaviors and we have photos of species that you won't find anywhere else on the web.
