Hikari Tropical Mini Algae Wafers Fish Food, 2.2 lb (1kg)

Hikari Tropical Mini Algae Wafers Fish Food, 2.2 lb (1kg):at our store, we stock over 2000 models, so if you see the manufacturer, but not the model, don't be shy - give us a call and we will be happy to check! These float for about 30 seconds and then sink to the bottom. They do not cloud the tank. The tadpoles must be able to sense the algae because they start frantically looking around at the bottom of the tank. After a few minutes, the wafers get softer and they start pushing them around taking little bites. Some try to carry them but they are too big. It is very entertaining to watch. I would say this item is a home run with tadpoles. Just be careful not to leave them in there because I have never had one of my tadpoles be able to eat the whole thing. I let them nibble on them for about 30-45 mins because they are playing and it keeps them busy. After that, I pick them all up so the ammonia doesn't go up from uneaten food because my filter is too small to pick these up.max 54% off, charlotte mall, mail order cheapHikari Tropical Mini Algae Wafers Fish Food, 2.2 lb (1kg)

About Hikari

Hikari, the "originator" of Species Specific and premium aquatics diets has been copied by many, but our loyal customers know they can always depend on our products to offer their aquatic pets the finest in scientifically balanced nutrition. For almost 140 years we've spent considerable time exploring natural habitats of fish, breeding fish in our own facilities, producing diets in our own factories, processing every shipment through our own facilities and researching the impact our diets have over time. These unique insights into the nutritional needs of fish give a competitive advantage no other fish food maker can duplicate and allow us to produce species specific diets that will not only maintain your aquatic pets' health, but assist you in keeping your aquarium or pond in top form.

We make the health and longevity of the fish and the aquatic environment they live in our first priority. Focusing on bringing about success to the hobbyist through exacting nutrition has allowed us to develop a brand name synonymous with superior quality. Consider using Hikari, because you love your aquatic pets as much as they love you!

All Abuzz About Bugs!

We are an online community of naturalists who enjoy learning about and sharing our observations of insects, spiders, and other related creatures.

We enjoy the opportunity to instill in others the fascination and appreciation that we share for the intricate lives of these oft-maligned creatures.

Our Mission

Using the best resources we have access to, we are creating a knowledgebase to help each other and the online community.

Our Method

We collect photographs of bugs from the United States and Canada for identification and research.

We summarize our findings in guide pages for each order, family, genus, and species.

Making New Discoveries

More than just a clearinghouse for information, this site helps expand on the natural histories of our subjects. By capturing the place and time that submitted images were taken, we are creating a virtual collection that helps define where and when things might be found.

We capture never-before-seen behaviors and we have photos of species that you won't find anywhere else on the web.
