Just got it last week but already have several hours on it. First to trim the citrus trees, and then the shrubs (also bought the hedge trimmer attachment) in the yard. Starts easily and is fairly well balanced. With the included extension and three steps up the ladder, I was reaching branches about 20 feet up. Attachments change in about 1 minute with no tools required. You're arms are a little sore after an hour or so, but heck, I saved what I would have paid a yard guy, and almost paid for it already. Best of all, no cords to stumble over, endlessly wind, and have to store in the garage .It's a little thirsty, so I advise skipping the canned stuff at Lowes, and just buy a 2 gallon gas can. That will take the oil additive nicely for a 40:1 mixture, and it will be a lot cheaper. The thing starts right up and is an easy pull. Can't comment on long term reliability yet, but otherwise don't know how I ever got along without it. Next purchase will be the blower attachment. The PR28PS pole saw features a 28cc, 2 stroke engine with an 8" bar and a 3' extension for a 12' reach. Included accessories: shoulder strap and trimmer attachment.
