I hate to take time to write reviews, so normally if something is kinda ok, I won't.I've always taken care of my teeth, but again, like another reviewer, my family history of enamel is not good. Now, here I am in my 40s contemplating getting dentures, not because my teeth are rotting, but quite honestly, because I can no longer enjoy ice cream...or breath in Indiana winter air through my mouth without horrible pain. I'm a huge fan of getting on Amazon after a couple cocktails and voila, I got lucky this time. PLEASE, I have to tell you, after three days, I can now breath in the air through my mouth and can enjoy swigging and nice bottle of cold Ice Mountain water. My teeth are also not so sensitive to pressure. I couldn't even eat pizza from the pressure pain. I'm not ready to chew some over frozen ice cream (cuz I did give it a try today...you know... only for the testimony and stuff...not because I wanted ice cream or anthing...), but this stuff is amazing. Product Description

Squigle Tooth Builder Toothpaste stops tooth sensitivity, canker sores, mouth ulcers. It also prevents bad breath, gum issues, chapped lips, perioral dermatitis. And it soothes and protects dry mouths.

Tooth Builder Toothpaste is free of harsh abrasives, irritating bleaches, irritating detergents, irritating flavors, and irritating tartar control agents.

Squigle’s Toothpastes meet these standards. What about your toothpaste?

Ingredients 36% Xylitol, 18.5% nanocalcite, plus water, glycerin, poloxamer, cellulose gum, Methocel(R), potassium sorbate.

Directions Floss daily, before you brush. Place a full brush length of Tooth Builder Toothpaste on a soft bristled, small headed manual or electric toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes, 2-3 times a day, after eating. Rinse. Then gently brush your tongue, roof of mouth, inside of cheeks. Rinse.

Use Squigle Tooth Builder Toothpaste exclusively for best results. If you also need fluoride, brush with Squigle Enamel Saver once daily. For ages 6 and up.
